Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Programmer Analyst II to design, develop, and deliver data-driven programming solutions for a healthcare-focused Operations BI team. You will translate business needs into technical designs, mentor colleagues, and contribute to quality improvements.

The role emphasizes SQL, ETL, and reporting tools, with collaboration across cross-functional teams. Hybrid work option applies, with preference for candidates near Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, or Lewiston

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in healthcare and healthcare business processes
• Proven ability to perform complex analytical tasks with minimal supervision and manage large-risk projects independently
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and the full development lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, programs, and analytical models for business partners
• Write clean, well-documented code and configuration using approved technologies
• Develop and execute tests to validate implementation of requirements
• Actively manage a Local Analytic Workspace (LAW) or CLAW to support analytic needs
• Identify issues, communicate concerns to management, and drive cross-departmental solutions
• Participate in peer review processes and contribute to quality culture
• Mentor and assist team members and internal partners to build capability
