Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or similar.
• 2+ years developing analytic reports using Power BI, IBM Cognos or similar BI platform.
• Experience analyzing financial, operational, or business performance data.
• Knowledge of data structures, relational databases, APIs, and enterprise system integration.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Power BI, Excel, and AI-based analytics tools.
• Transform data into clear reports and actionable insights for decision making.
• Analyze trends and identify performance drivers across the organization.
• Curate the report catalog and document reporting processes for consistency and usability.
• Identify inefficiencies in reporting and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders across finance, HR, operations, and business development.
• Partner with teams to design and roll out data-driven process improvements.
• Support integration of data from enterprise systems via APIs and databases.
