Job summary

ADP is hiring a Business Intelligence Manager for the HR Outsourcing Analytics organization. This role supports leaders by delivering data-driven insights and intuitive dashboards to drive business outcomes.

It is an individual contributor position reporting to the Director of Data Analytics. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in BI/Analytics, strong SQL/Python/ETL skills, and expert data visualization capabilities using Tableau and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline such as Business Management, Finance, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance or related fields.
4+ years’ experience in BI/Analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel.
Experience with relational databases.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Alteryx.

Responsibilities

Learn business processes and requirements to generate insights and visualizations.
Develop visualizations and generate insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
Interact with business partners to confirm data for accuracy as needed.
Adhere to BI best practices to maintain trusted brand.
Design, develop, and implement dashboards for easy consumption by business.
Coach business partners on how to utilize dashboards.
