• Experience within PEO, Payroll, HR Outsourcing, Workforce Solutions, HCM, or HR Technology environments.
• Experience supporting retention, growth, pricing, or revenue operations initiatives.
• Experience leading change management or transformation efforts.
• Consulting experience within MBB, Big 4, or Fortune 500 environments.
• Experience building or scaling analytics functions.
