What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means of communication
- Assess user issues and offer first-level support for problem resolution
- Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
- Work 40 hours per week under moderate supervision with various shift options available

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- Must be HIPAA certified
- A minimum of 3 years of call center experience required
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
