What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using the Opus Health program
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, and fax
- Quickly assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
- Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
- Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- HIPAA certification
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical claim processing
