Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a bi-lingual Insurance Producer to service existing customers within a team environment. After paid training, you may work remotely while continuing to adhere to company standards and processes.

The role focuses on expanding protection plans across a broad carrier network in Iowa and Florida. Active Iowa Personal Lines licensing and bilingual communication are required, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Must have Iowa Personal Lines license.
• Bi-lingual fluent communication with customers.
• Background check will be performed prior to start date.
• Willingness to learn, be coachable and able to work with paid leads/referrals.
• Ability to multi-task and follow processes with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to agency standards of compliance.
• Understand and follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Protect and update primary contact information for each existing customer.
• Provide ongoing support and recommend additional protection plans.
• Prospect, generate and acquire new business through paid leads and referrals after training.
• Build relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You're in control of how much you earnas our newestself-drivenAgent. But having the desire to protectpeople’s lives first, should be your#1 goal. We are in search of a bi-lingual Insurance producer who would like to help service our existing customers within a successful Agency Team environment!

Once paid training is completed, you'll be apart of ourrapidly growing Insurance team offeringprotection plans to our existing and new customer base, through our channel of over30A+ Carriers in Iowa and Florida!!

This position does offer work from home status, once all your education & training is completed. You must also demonstrate the ability to adhere toourprocesses, guidelines,and compliance company standards, with little to no supervision before a remote position is offered.

We're growing at a rapid pace and could always use another licensed Insurance professional to help thefamilies we serve and protect!

Responsibilities

• Adhere to agency standards of compliance


• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements through company standards.


• Protect and updateprimary contact informationwith each existing customer.


• Provideon-going support to our clients as needed including recommending additional plans of protection.


• Prospect, generate& acquirenew businessthrough PAID provided leads & referral sources after your PAIDtraining!


• Generate and provide multiple digital coverage proposals and how it may or may not impact their lives by your recommendations


• Be outstanding inrelationship building and providing exceptional customer experiences


• Help us foster stronger relationships within our existingbase of communities, while growingour high level of standardized expectations of experiences

Requirements

• Assessment must be completed prior to any consideration for an interview


• Currently possess a minimum IOWA PERSONAL LINES license


• Fluent bi-lingual abilities in communicating with our customers


• Background check will be performed prior to your Day 1


• Any additional licenses are optional but encouraged for additional income. You will also be provided the necessary internal support including paid time off to acquire them!


• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.


• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude that works well both as a team player and independently with little supervision


• Strong work ethic with potential leadership skills who is driven and goal-oriented.

• Experience in Windows 11 and all applicable OS programs. These will be used daily.
