The Juris Agency is seeking a bi-lingual Insurance Producer who will build their own book of business within a supportive agency team. You control your earnings with paid training and a clear path to commission-based income.

This role offers a work-from-home option after training and requires adherence to underwriting, compliance, and company standards. Iowa license or willingness to obtain one is essential; bilingual ability accelerates success.

Qualifications

• Must have Iowa Personal Lines license or ability to acquire one.
• Background check will be performed prior to Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to agency standards of compliance.
• Follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Protect and update primary contact information with each existing customer.
• Provide ongoing support to clients including recommending additional protection plans.
• Prospect and acquire new business through paid leads and referrals after training.
• Generate digital coverage proposals and explain impact of recommendations.
• Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Once paid training is completed, you'll be apart of ourrapidly growing Insurance team offeringprotection plans to our existing and new customer base, through our channel of over 30A+ Carriers in Iowa and Florida!!

This position does offer work from home status, once all your education is completed. You must also demonstrate the ability to adhere toourprocesses, guidelines,and compliance company standards, with little to no supervision before a remote position is offered.

We're growing at a rapid pace and could always use another licensed Insurance professional to help thefamilies we serve and protect!

Responsibilities

• Adhere to agency standards of compliance
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements through company standards.
• Protect and updateprimary contact informationwith each existing customer.
• Provideon-going support to our clients as needed including recommending additional plans of protection.
• Prospect, generate& acquirenew businessthrough PAID provided leads & referral sources after your PAIDtraining!
• Generate and provide multiple digital coverage proposals and how it may or may not impact their lives by your recommendations
• Be outstanding inrelationship building and providing exceptional customer experiences
• Help us foster stronger relationships within our existingbase of communities, while growingour high level of standardized expectations of experiences

Requirements

• Assessment must be completed prior to any consideration for an interview. This position requires it
• Currently possess an IOWA PERSONAL LINES license or ability to acquire one
• Background check will be performed prior to your Day 1
• Fluent bi-lingual abilities will certainly pave your way to success faster!
• Any additional licenses are optional but encouraged for additional income. You will also be provided the necessary internal support including paid time off to acquire them!
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude that works well both as a team player and independently with little supervision
• Strong work ethic with potential leadership skills who is driven and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up with Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Experience in Windows 10 and all applicable OS programs. These will be used daily.
