Job summary

Core-Mark in Westlake, Texas seeks a Manager of Business Intelligence to lead the data analytics strategy, transform data into actionable insights, and guide decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

You will build and mentor a BI team (Power BI developers) and partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver dashboards, reports, and predictive models that drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Data Management and Analytics: Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of data across various business units.
• Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a team of data analysts and Power BI developers.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights.
• Technology and Tools: Evaluate and implement BI tools and technologies that enhance data accessibility and usability.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor business performance.
