Job summary

MANE, located at the Lebanon, OH Development Center, is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead the BI function across Pricing, Demand Planning, Commercial Analytics, Commercial Master Data, and R&D Reporting.

The role focuses on developing a data-driven culture, leveraging AI for advanced analytics, and delivering reliable insights to support profit and growth targets. A strong leadership presence and collaboration with global partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years analytics experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a people management or supervisory role.
• 1+ years of financial analysis in manufacturing preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL and Power BI/Microsoft Fabric (including Copilot and AI analytics).
• Experience with SAP is highly desired; S/4HANA strongly preferred.
• Python proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI department across Pricing, Demand Planning, Commercial Analytics, Commercial Master Data, and R&D Reporting.
• Develop and implement a forward-looking analytics and reporting strategy for all BI functions.
• Drive AI-enabled scenario modeling, margin management and demand planning with Finance and Operations.
• Oversee analytics platform evaluation and adoption (Power BI, Fabric, PROS) to enhance intelligence.
• Mentor and develop team members, build a best-in-class BI organization.
• Partner with Procurement, Category, R&D and Technical teams to guide strategic projects.
• Champion AI tool adoption and data governance across the function.
