Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Data & BI Engineer within Intelligence & Industrialization (I&I) to support ACT stakeholders across Global Supply Chain and Customs & Trade. You will build scalable ETL pipelines, develop metrics, and create dashboards while collaborating with Operations, Product, Finance, and Leadership—across US/EU/CN regions.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL/Python, data warehousing, and BI visualization skills, plus experience with AWS tools like Redshift and Glue.

Qualifications

• Experience writing complex SQL queries and pulling data from data warehouses.
• Python scripting to process data for modeling and analysis.
• Data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.
• Developing and presenting recommendations from metrics.
• Data visualization with Tableau/Quicksight or similar tools.
• 3+ years analyzing data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.
• Forecasting and statistical analysis experience.
• Master's degree in quantitative field and AWS tech exposure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Investigate operations and business problems; lead or support implementations.
• Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and ongoing reporting.
• Collaborate on reporting datasets; review code in Python and PL/SQL.
• Support tooling, automation and dashboards with analytics teams.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external audiences.
