Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to build the analytics backbone for North America Supply Chain planning. You will own dashboards, data pipelines, and datasets that drive headcount and capacity decisions across the NASC network.

You will work at the intersection of data engineering, BI, and operations planning, delivering reliable data products and self-service insights to planners and leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analyzing data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
• Knowledge of BI analytics, reporting or visualization tools like Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Cognos or other third-party tools
• Experience gathering business requirements and building reports using BI tools
• Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design

Responsibilities

• Own the development and maintenance of dashboards and automated reports surface production planning metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate workforce planning questions into analytical frameworks.
• Design, build, and deploy data pipelines using Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, Athena, and Redshift.
