Vericast is seeking a senior BI Analytics Engineer to own the analytics lifecycle, from data acquisition to predictive insights. You will design data models, implement ETL/ELT processes, and build enterprise dashboards using Power BI while leveraging AI capabilities for automated insights.

You will collaborate with Contact Center Ops, BI, IT, and external vendors, shaping standards, governance, and scalable reporting across the organization.

Formación

• 3+ years in BI, data warehousing, or analytics engineering.
• Experience with SQL Server databases and SSAS modeling.
• Experience with BI platforms (Power BI) and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain data integrations and warehouse structures.
• Build semantic models, KPIs, and dashboards for enterprise reporting.
• Develop AI-enabled analytics, forecasting, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Monitor data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy across environments.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
