Vizient, Inc. is seeking an analytics professional to support measurement, reporting, and operational intelligence for the enterprise AI program. You will transform platform usage, adoption, and cost data into insights for leaders.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, analyze AI metrics, and deliver executive reporting to guide governance, forecasting, and capacity planning while collaborating with finance, governance, and AI operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (data analytics, CS, stats, BI) required.
• 2+ years in analytics, BI, reporting, or data analysis.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and visualizations for business reporting.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Willing to work in the office three days per week.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting that measure AI adoption, utilization, performance, cost, capacity, and business value.
• Analyze AI operational data and KPIs, translating metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Deliver executive and operational reporting that supports AI governance, optimization, investment decisions, and strategic planning.
• Monitor and analyze AI consumption, cost, utilization, capacity, and token-usage metrics across enterprise AI platforms.
• Support AI forecasting, budgeting, FinOps reporting, and capacity-planning activities.
• Analyze adoption patterns, usage trends, operational performance, and platform effectiveness across AI technologies.
• Develop trend analyses and forecasts to identify opportunities to improve adoption, utilization, and overall platform value.
• Gather, transform, and analyze data from enterprise systems and AI platforms to support reporting and business decision-making.
• Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality of data used in dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
• Partner with business, technology, finance, governance, and AI operations stakeholders to define reporting requirements and communicate findings.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, analytical methodologies, dashboard usability, and the visibility of AI operational outcomes.
