Job summary

MAXIMUS seeks a Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end BI delivery, maintain plans, track progress and manage capacity. You will coordinate BI Administrators and delivery leads to ensure timely execution and service continuity.

Ideal candidates have experience in delivery management within complex organisations, agile methods, and strong stakeholder communication. UK travel is expected, with opportunities to improve delivery frameworks and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data, BI, or digital initiatives to scope, time and quality.
• Experience in delivery, operations, or programme roles within a complex organisation.
• Worked in PMO or delivery management using Agile, hybrid, or structured methods.
• Strong planning and capacity management with resource allocation trade-offs.
• Experience applying delivery frameworks and ensuring consistent ways of working.
• Experience ensuring operational stability, incidents, risks, and service continuity.
• Leadership experience coordinating BI Administrators or support teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication and delivery updates.
