Parts Town seeks an experienced BI & Data Insights Manager to lead the Intel-Agents team within the Insights and Intelligence organization. You will drive strategic analysis, data products, and architecture to uncover opportunities, improve profitability, and boost operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, computer science, information systems, or related fields
• 5+ years in an analytical role and strong communication skills
• 5+ years developing BI solutions to retrieve, visualize, and interpret data (Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experience with big data tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Experience with ERP data; SAP a plus
• Knowledge of data architecture best practices for analytical use cases
• Expert proficiency in querying data with relational databases
• Experience using AI solutions while protecting safety, integrity, and privacy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
• Independent, resourceful problem solver with direction minimal
• Lifelong learner capable of picking up new tools quickly
• Proven track record delivering results and coaching others

Responsibilities

• Serve as thought leader providing data-driven insights to improve performance across all functions
• Develop and maintain BI solutions including discovery, data ingestion, transformation, and front-end development
• Mentor and support team while guiding the I&I road map
• Design and implement metrics to measure performance against strategic initiatives
• Manage multiple high-impact analytics projects with clear timelines
• Support data products and infrastructure enabling advanced data usage
• Act as liaison for technical resources translating business needs into requirements
• Continuously enhance system integration, analytics processes, training, and team structure
