Job summary

Affinity Truck Center is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into decisions, automate processes, and shape analytics and AI use across the organization. You will build dashboards, connect systems, improve reporting, and support profitability and performance with cross-department collaboration.

You’ll work with executive leadership and teams across Accounting, Sales, Service, Parts, Lease & Rental, Mobile Fleet Services, and Operations to create a reliable reporting

Qualifications

Degree in analytics or information systems field.
5+ years in BI, data analytics, reporting, or related role.
Strong SQL and data validation skills.
Experience with Power BI and Crystal Reports.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Develop Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards.
Build SQL-based reporting solutions.
Create KPIs and performance metrics.
Analyze dealership data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Support forecasting and operational planning.
Establish a single source of truth for reporting.
