Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2.5+ years of experience as a business intelligence analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency in developing intermediate-to-advanced SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver data insights that support fundraising, engagement, and stewardship using SQL, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, and DART/Blackbaud CRM.
• Partner with Advancement colleagues and campus partners to translate needs into clear data solutions.
• Analyze and model data to strengthen donor pipelines and measure fundraising effectiveness.
• Support data integrity through modeling, mapping, cleansing, auditing, and continuous improvement of data structures.
