Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a data analyst to build and refine BI reports, dashboards and tools to support decision-making with measurable insights. The role collaborates across teams to strengthen analytics capabilities.

You will analyze data, identify trends, translate findings into recommendations, manage several projects, and maintain complex relational databases (fundraising CRM/databases a plus). Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.
