Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits accurate institutional reports to state and federal agencies and university administration.
• Coordinates data collection across campus partners to complete external data requests, reports, and questionnaires.
• Uses SQL, Excel, and Tableau extensively to perform data preparation, analysis, and reporting.
• Maintains datasets and reporting structures used for institutional reporting.
• Serves as a point of contact for internal and external data requests.
• Collects, analyzes, and manages data from enterprise systems to support reporting and decision-making.
• Supports data governance by documenting reporting definitions and working with data owners to ensure consistency.
• Combines data from Ellucian Insights/Reporting and Analytics with other sources to support reporting and analysis.
