Job summary

TaylorMade Golf is seeking a BI Data Engineer / Technical Engineer to join its IT-driven BI team. You will design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, support data governance, and collaborate with business and IT peers to drive BI initiatives.

You will work within the Data Architecture practice, contributing to data integration and analytics projects while leveraging AI tools to streamline development and enhance data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of work experience in data engineering, BI development, or a closely related technical analytics role.
• Demonstrated experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data warehouse environments.
• Experience with BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or Business Objects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines for BI reporting and analytics.
• Contribute to data integration projects connecting source systems to the data warehouse and BI environment.
• Support governance standards for BI operations including monitoring and performance optimization.
• Identify gaps in governance policies and present recommendations to senior team.
• Collaborate with Lead BI Engineer to expand TaylorMade’s BI data architecture within an established framework.
• Work with application owners to ensure BI outcomes are considered in enhancements and changes.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate ETL development and improve pipeline reliability.
