Responsibilities

• Determine coverage and liability for claims.
• Negotiate with claimants or their attorneys.
• Settle claims and reserve funds.
• Estimate costs of treatment or compensation for injuries.
• Analyze medical reports and manage the claims process for timely resolution.
• Interview and document information from claimants, agents, attorneys, and police.
