Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Business Intelligence Analytics Manager for its Terminals unit to design analytics, define KPIs, and deploy dashboards driving profitability and efficiency across terminal operations.

You will lead a BI team, collaborate with Retail leaders, and use SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran to turn data into actionable insights powering pricing, capacity, scheduling, and asset utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5–7+ years in BI or Data Analytics.
• 2–3+ years leading projects or mentoring staff.
• Experience translating business needs into analytical solutions.
• Retail, C-store, ecommerce experience preferred.
• Expert-level SQL skills for complex data extraction.
• Deep BI tool expertise (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills.
• Leadership and collaboration experience.
• Familiarity with dbt or similar tools; Python/R exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts, fostering rigor and curiosity.
• Partner with Retail leadership to define KPIs and analytical frameworks.
• Translate business questions into testable hypotheses and plans.
• Oversee end-to-end BI solution development: dashboards and reports.
• Communicate findings clearly to senior leadership with data storytelling.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and quantify impact.
• Own Retail dashboards and reporting suites for multiple verticals.
• Promote data literacy and governance within Retail analytics.
• Collaborate with central data teams to evolve data models and infrastructure.
• Apply forecasting techniques for demand planning where relevant.
• Champion data quality and governance practices in Retail analytics.
