Job summary

DTCC's Enterprise Data Solutions team is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive end-to-end BI delivery for internal stakeholders. You will translate business needs into governed data, build dashboards, and support production reporting, working with data engineers and technology partners across multiple initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BA/BI, proficiency with Power BI or Sigma, SQL, and a track record across the analytics lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis, data analysis, BI, or data-focused role.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into data, reporting, analytics, or technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools, preferably Sigma or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Experience supporting BI or reporting solutions through multiple delivery lifecycle stages (requirements, design, testing, implementation, production support).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, reporting, and generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and understand objectives, data needs, and reporting priorities.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements, translating business questions into use cases and data requirements.
• Conduct data discovery and analysis to assess data availability, fitness for purpose, and governance; communicate insights clearly.
• Support design, development, testing, implementation, and enhancement of dashboards and reports with BI teams.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews, UAT, readiness, adoption, and communications across the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide production support for existing BI solutions, including issue analysis and documentation.
• Manage deliverables across initiatives, highlighting priorities, risks, and dependencies.
