Job summary

Global Partners LP's Terminals unit is seeking a Business Intelligence Analytics Manager to drive data‑driven decisions by designing analytics, defining KPIs, and deploying robust BI solutions. You will lead a team of analysts, partnering with leadership and terminal operations to optimize profitability, efficiency, and asset utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or Statistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts, fostering analytical rigor and data-driven insights.
• Partner with Retail leadership to define KPIs and analytical frameworks to measure performance.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into testable hypotheses and plans.
• Lead end-to-end development and optimization of BI solutions, including dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leadership via data storytelling and visuals.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL, BI tools, and Python/R to identify opportunities and quantify impact.
• Own the design and continuous improvement of core Retail dashboards and reporting suites.
• Champion data literacy and promote self-service BI adoption and governance.
• Collaborate with central data teams to influence data models and infrastructure for retail analytics.
• Explore basic forecasting techniques for retail challenges such as demand planning.
