Formación

• Undergraduate major related to mathematics, economics, operations research, finance, statistics, business, computer science, or technical/engineering.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proven analytical skills through coursework and/or research
• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
• Ability to work well with others
• Data-driven mindset and a history of self-development
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester or quarter remaining after the internship
• Junior or higher academic standing at application time
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Focus on analytical experiments and models that blend data sources for insights and align performance with goals
• Provide analytical support and data to areas of the company for ad hoc analysis
• Ensure analytics portfolio is optimized for best internal customer experience
• Independently analyze large business questions by manipulating data sources for actionable analysis
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships across business, operational and technical teams
• Develop strong technical skills using Python, SQL, Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint
