Affinity Truck Center is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into decisions, automate processes, and shape analytics across our organization.

You will work with executive leadership and departments across the dealership to build dashboards, connect systems, improve reporting, and develop solutions that support profitability and operational performance. This role partners with Accounting, Sales, Service, Parts, Lease & Rental, Mobile Fleet Services, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, data analytics, reporting, or related role.
• Strong SQL: queries, joins, stored procedures, data validation, troubleshooting.
• Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards experience.
• Crystal Reports or similar tools preferred.
• Experience with ERP, DMS, CRM or other business systems.
• Practical AI, automation, or workflow automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards.
• Build and maintain SQL-based reporting solutions.
• Create KPIs and performance metrics to drive decisions.
• Analyze dealership data for trends, opportunities and risks.
• Support financial forecasting and operational planning.
• Create a single source of truth for business reporting.
• Develop and maintain SQL databases and reporting environments.
• Support software integrations and API connectivity.
• Implement workflow automation using Microsoft technologies.
• Contribute to AI-enabled tools and process improvements.
