Job summary

GSA is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights and drive strategy through trends and dashboards. The role focuses on optimizing business processes to improve customer relationship management. Location is Orlando, FL, with duties across multiple U.S.

sites as needed. The analyst will lead CRM expansion, build cloud BI capabilities, write user stories, and prepare management briefings.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw data into insights to drive strategy and dashboards.

• Collaborate with FAS units to document requirements and backlogs.
• Prepare briefings for management with actionable recommendations.
• Create and maintain project documents: BRDs, mappings, reports.
