Job summary

Pilgrim is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Greeley, Colorado. The role focuses on delivering accurate analytics, building dashboards in Qlik, and presenting insights to leadership to drive efficiency and profitability. On-site work with collaboration across IT and business teams is required.

The ideal candidate has a BI background, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. Some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Agribusiness, MIS, Computer Science or relevant field
• 1 year of experience in relevant role
• Development experience in QlikView, Qlik Sense, or relevant BI software
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Meat industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and presenting skills
• Experience deriving insights and trends from data
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
• On-site at Greeley, CO

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely, and insightful information and analytics to the business utilizing Business Intelligence solutions.
• Develop and manage dashboards utilizing Qlik platform to provide solutions to problem statements established by the business.
• Present technical data to a non-technical audience and provide insights to business leaders.
• Communicate with JBS Beef USA leadership to scope problem statements, estimate timelines, and provide updates throughout project builds.
• Identify development needs to streamline operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve analysis efficiency and automate reporting.
• Collaborate with IT to design new reporting solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
