Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Agribusiness, MIS, Computer Science or relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in relevant role.
• Must have development experience in QlikView, Qlik Sense, or relevant business intelligence software.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel required.
• Meat industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and presenting skills required.
• Experience deriving insights and trends from a data set.
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
• Can travel as needed for business.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely, and insightful information and analytics to the business utilizing Business Intelligence solutions.
• Develop and manage dashboards utilizing Qlik platform to provide solutions to problem statements established by the business.
• Present technical data to a non-technical audience and be able to provide insights on data to business leaders.
• Communicate directly with JBS Beef USA business leadership to scope problem statements, provide estimated timelines for solution builds and routine updates throughout project build.
• Identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
• Leverage AI-powered tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI solutions to improve analysis efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate reporting development.
• Collaborate with JBS IT while designing new reporting solutions, automating current reporting solutions or trouble shooting report issues
• Other duties as assigned
