Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, statistics, economics, math, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience as a BI analyst, software engineer, or database application developer.
• Strong analytical skills grounded in economics and statistics.
• Ability to think strategically and relate data to decisions.
• 5+ years' experience with Excel; expert-level formulas and pivot tables.
• Intermediate to expert SQL skills.
• Comfort writing clear prompts to extract and validate AI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and utilize internal tools, SQL, Excel & QlikSense dashboards that drive core business decisions.
• Leverage AI-assisted analytics tools and natural language querying to accelerate data exploration and reporting.
• Validate the correctness and accuracy of internal and external report data, including AI-generated insights, before stakeholders.
• Provide situation-specific analyses to support business critical decisions.
• Use AI to build and maintain data ingestion pipelines and optimize data systems.
