Job summary

Valleywise Health is seeking a BHT Academy Site Leader to provide site-wide support to Participants and Preceptors at one of our inpatient facilities (Maryvale, Phoenix, Mesa). This leadership role bridges gaps between participants and the Nursing Administration to ensure proper progression through the program.

The position emphasizes collaboration within the BHT Academy and requires a blend of clinical knowledge and supervisory skills to maintain program integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 1.5 years of behavioral health experience or equivalent.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona DPS or apply within seven days.
• CPI instructor certification within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Behavioral Sciences Certificate of Completion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-wide support to BHT Academy Participants and Preceptors.
• Bridge gaps between Participants, Preceptors, and Behavioral Health Nursing Administration.
• Ensure Participants progress appropriately through the program.
