Copa Health is seeking a Lead BHT to join our Arizona-based behavioral health team. You will support program managers, monitor billing and productivity, and help drive engagement and program quality.
Applicants should have 21+ years of age, valid AZ driver's license, Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance, TB clearance, and 2–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education. Equal opportunity employer.
Competenze
- HS diploma/GED or higher with relevant behavioral health experience.
- Associate’s degree or higher with 1–2 years in behavioral health preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health field or related area with 1 year of relevant experience.
Mansioni
- Inform BHTs of program updates and expectations.
- Review billed units daily to ensure hourly billing requirements are met.
- Identify and support BHTs needing improvement with plans to boost productivity.
- Create weekly activity schedules to increase member engagement.
- Collect required scorecard documents monthly from clinical teams.
