State of Missouri seeks candidates for a direct care role at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center in Saint Louis, MO. The position involves shift-based work (first, second, or third shift) and direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities who exhibit challenging behaviors.
Expected duties include delivering behavior support plans, responding to crises, training staff, assisting with transfers, and maintaining required certifications (CORE, CPR, First Aid).
Job Location: This position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, Missouri 63137. There are possible positions available on either our first shift (6:00am - 2:30pm), second shift (2:15 pm - 10:45 pm) or third shift (10:30pm - 6:30am).

This is semi-skilled direct care work implementing behavioral programs for persons with developmental disabilities exhibiting behavioral problems severe enough to endanger their current level of placement.
