Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in beverages, alcohol, or related categories.
Background in beverage distribution, wine and spirits retail management, or beverage sales strongly considered.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute category strategy to drive sales, margin, and inventory performance.
Manage assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising plans.
Analyze financial and market data to identify growth opportunities.
Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
Forecast sales, gross profit, and inventory to support annual budgets.
Partner cross-functionally with Pricing, Replenishment, and Operations.
Lead and develop a Category Assistant.
