Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Category Manager, Packaged Beverages to lead category strategy across our packaged beverage portfolio in retail channels. You will optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, supplier negotiations, and merchandising to drive sales growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in beverage category management, strong analytical skills, Excel mastery, and the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Store Ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of Package Beverage Category Management experience.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Experience negotiating with large CPG suppliers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and category management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term category strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Own category including sales, gross margin, market share, inventory productivity, and customer penetration metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, marketplace trends, and competitive analysis.
• Lead supplier negotiations and promotional planning to optimize profitability.
• Support assortment optimization, merchandising, and planograms across store networks.
