Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term category strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Own category including sales, gross margin, market share, and inventory productivity.
• Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, trends, and competitive analysis.
• Negotiate cost, promotions, rebates, and marketing support with suppliers.
• Create promotional calendars and analyze effectiveness to optimize future programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Store Operations.
