Job summary

Glazer’s Beer and Beverage, LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage an assigned territory in Weslaco, TX, supporting retail partners and growing our brands.

You will plan territory, conduct regular sales calls, build customer partnerships, review activity to hit quota, and provide first‑line customer support. The role requires flexibility in hours and travel as needed, with compensation tied to base plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Must be 21+ and able to secure State Sales Permit.
• Must maintain automobile liability coverage and rental insurance for business use.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan territory and conduct regular sales calls across assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain partnerships to drive new business and satisfaction.
• Enter orders accurately and maintain sales information in the system.
• Create customer programs using supplier portfolio knowledge.
• Prepare and present sales reports and quota results.
• Share market and product insights with customers.
