Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking Large Format Sales Representatives to drive beverage sales across assigned markets and secure new accounts while supporting existing relationships. You will plan territory, merchandise products and communicate progress against company objectives.

The role requires knowledge of beer and non-alcoholic products, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Local travel and a full-time schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Sales Fundamentals including CSP training required upon hiring; Cicerone level one required within one year of start date.
• Minimum two years previous sales experience in beverage industry.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage sales within assigned market and develop new business accounts.
• Engage with customers, suppliers and internal teams to meet objectives.
• Support rotating and merchandising of products and execute product placement.
• Submit reports, plans and surveys by required deadlines.
• Effectively sell the Columbia Distributing portfolio across accounts.
