Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years route-based delivery or B2B customer service.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Strong communication and active listening for client rapport.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding product offerings within existing customer locations.
• Execute daily delivery schedules, ensuring timely replenishment and proper rotation of beverage inventory.
• Maintain high service standards by performing routine equipment quality checks and ensuring beverage stations meet brand requirements.
• Proactively identify and close distribution gaps to maximize sales per stop.
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including invoicing, inventory tracking, and payment collections.
• Resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Implement promotional initiatives and pricing strategies to boost category performance.
