Responsibilities

• Develops and conducts training programs for employees.
• Conducts training sessions on new employee orientation and on-the-job training for sales and delivery.
• Collaborates with management and subject matter experts to update curricula and training standards.
• Coordinates training schedules with hiring and training demands.
• Creates training plans and individual lesson plans and uses varied instructional methods.
• Assists employees with tasks and demonstrates how to perform specific tasks.
• Produces teaching aids and materials for training sessions.
• Evaluates trainees to measure progress and effectiveness of training.
• Reports progress and maintains records of training conducted.
• Maintains records of training activity and outcomes.
