Job summary

REV Copack, a beverage co-packing and fulfillment partner in Pittston, PA, seeks a highly organized Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager. You will coordinate customer demand, production scheduling, material readiness, inventory, and dock coordination across our operation.

The role requires proactive problem solving on the production floor, clear communication, and the ability to translate forecasts and bills of material into executable production plans that fit labor and capacity

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and enter customer POs and forecasts; maintain rolling demand across accounts.
• Develop and maintain daily to long-range production schedules.
• Schedule beverage variety packs, relabeling, rework, and other packaging projects.
• Sequence work orders by capacity, labor, changeovers and material readiness.
• Match customer demand with labor, equipment, production lines, and warehouse capacity.
• Monitor production progress and revise schedules when priorities or materials change.
• Work with Operations and Engineering to ensure throughput and changeover timing.
• Help ensure customer deadlines and shipment dates are achieved.
• Coordinate availability of beverages, cartons, labels, film, and other materials.
• Track inbound material ETAs and resolve shortages with vendors.
• Use Nulogy and related systems to manage orders, BOMs, and inventory data.
