Job summary

PrairieFire Coffee Roasters is seeking a Beverage Sales Representative to drive growth in a field-based role across our territory. You will prospect, cold call, and network to generate leads and close deals, building lasting customer relationships while representing quality coffee and tea solutions.

The role offers full-time hours, uncapped commission with expected earnings between $60-$80k annually, PTO, a company cell phone and iPad, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Valid Driver License without restrictions.
• Ability to drive ~6 hours daily in territory.
• Proficient with computers and tablets for CRM and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients to build a strong pipeline.
• Sell consultatively by understanding client needs and presenting solutions.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with offerings.
• Document activities with photos and accurate records.
