Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking a Beverage Shift Supervisor to oversee beverage operations on assigned shifts and lead the beverage team in a fast-paced gaming and hospitality environment.

The role emphasizes guest experience, training, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure service excellence. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in F&B management, supervisory experience in high-volume venues, and strong knowledge of POS systems, budgeting, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Three (3) years of food and beverage management experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in a high-volume gaming or hospitality beverage operation.
• Experience with banquet services, entertainment venues, multiple bars, and restaurant environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong POS operational and programming experience.
• Knowledge of health, hospitality, food service, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory controls, financial accountability, and operational reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage operations during assigned shifts and mentor beverage team members.
• Provide tools, training, and resources to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Assist with scheduling to maintain adequate staffing during operations and events.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate weekly and monthly ordering.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-shift balancing.
• Maintain compliance with all alcohol service regulations, including TIPS training.
• Develop beverage promotions and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Stay informed on beverage trends and guest preferences.
