Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a professional bartender to prepare cocktails and beverages for guests and staff. You will enter orders, manage transactions, and ensure customers meet age requirements for alcohol.

The role requires bartending experience, a valid ABC certification, and strong communication skills to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced casino environment. Nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in food/beverage or hospitality required.
• 1+ year bartending experience required.
• ABC certificate of safe alcohol server training required.
• Excellent interpersonal, guest service, attention to detail and problem solving skills are required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Promote and document drinks orders, recite call and premium brands as requested.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages per customer specifications and ABC rules.
• Input orders at POS and balance each customer/party/server check.
• Maintain bar area, glassware, and inventory; ensure safe service and compliance.
