Job summary

Bally's Interactive is seeking a bartender to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold a strong service culture across the team. You will take orders, serve alcohol per policy, maintain a clean bar and work areas, and operate bar equipment and POS systems while complying with all regulations.

Knowledge of promotions and events, safety and security for staff and guests, and the ability to handle stressful situations are essential. Target salary is $9.00 plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains a service culture delivering superior guest service.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
• Takes guest orders and serves them promptly and accurately.
• Serves alcohol in accordance with company policy.
• Keeps bar and guest areas clean and organized.
• Knows guest limitations related to alcohol service.
• Ensures safety and security of team members and guests.
• Maintains bar equipment and POS systems daily.
• Familiar with all current promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.


• Responsibilities include taking orders from guests and returning these orders in a timely manner and correctly according to order given.


• Ensure alcohol is served according to the company alcohol policy.


• Responsibilities include keeping work areas and guest ’ s common areas clean and organized.


• Responsibilities include having knowledge of guest limitations related to alcohol service and company / state policy and procedures regarding those limitations.


• Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests.


• Use daily maintenance of all bar equipment and POS systems.


• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.


• Knowledge of all promotions and events.


• All other duties as assigned.

Environmental Working Conditions

The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
