Job summary

Bally's Interactive is seeking a team member to provide high-level guest service and accurately relay beverage orders to the bartender. You will memorize guest details, locations, and drink preferences to ensure a smooth experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring alcohol consumption to prevent over-service and promptly notifying supervisors if needed. You will also keep the Shift Manager updated on any issues during your shift.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to remember drink orders and guest locations.

Responsibilities:

Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests.

• Takes beverage orders from guests and relays orders to bartender. Required to remember the guest, their location, and the drink order.
• Monitors the guests' drink consumption to try to prevent guest(s) from becoming intoxicated. Notifies proper supervisory personnel if a guest does appear intoxicated.
• Keeps the Shift Manager informed of any problems and issues

Compensation:

• $7.50 per hour plus tips
