Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking hospitality team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences at its premium hotel venues. You will provide high-quality service, engage guests through friendly conversation, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere for all patrons.

You will handle setup, stay knowledgeable about menu items, work under pressure with a team, and help maintain safety and hospitality standards. Weekend availability may be required.

• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure with a team-player mindset.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation and intuitive suggestions.
• Complete all necessary setup, side work, and closing duties.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance as an ambassador of the establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
