Job summary

Bally's in Mississippi is looking for a friendly beverage server to provide superior guest service at a high-volume casino bar. You will take beverage orders, relay them to the bartender, and remember guests and their drink orders to ensure accurate service and a personalized experience.

Experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. You will monitor guests’ alcohol consumption, notify supervisors if needed, and support the shift manager by keeping the bar organized and

• Monitors the guests’ drink consumption to try to prevent guest(s) from becoming intoxicated. Notifies proper supervisory personnel if a guest does appear intoxicated.
• Keeps the Shift Manager informed of any problems and issues

Compensation:

• $7.50 per hour plus tips

Experience

previous beverage experience in a high volume, sophisticated bar/casino preferred, but not required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
