Job summary

Ultipro, a casino beverage role, seeks a bar/server who greets guests, takes orders, and relays them to bartenders. You will know beverage brands and serve in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

High school diploma preferred; prior service experience is a plus. This full-time on-site position requires attentive guest care and knowledge of drink offerings to ensure a premium guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Receive orders and relay drinks to bartenders accurately.
• Know comped beverage brands and offerings.
• Carry and balance a full tray of beverages safely.
• Keep work area clean and free of debris as time allows.
• Move about assigned station to serve guests throughout shift.
• Monitor guest intoxication and adhere to responsible-service practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Greet and serve alcoholic and non-alcohol drinks to guest to enhance the guest enjoyment of the Casino.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly courteous manner;


• Receive and understand beverage orders, relay drink orders to bartenders;


• Know what brands of liquor, beer and wine we offer as \"comped\" beverages;


• Carry and balance a full tray of beverages;


• Keep glasses picked up; area clear of paper and other debris as time permits;


• Circulate throughout assigned work station on a continuous basis;


• Never serve two drinks at the same time to one person; never a beer and a shot;


• Be aware of intoxicated guests; stay current on care training;


• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
